Shipping and Return

All orders received before 17:00 PM will be shipped the same day. In most cases the parcels to the Netherlands will be received the next day. You do not have to stay at home for this, because we always ship (discreetly) by letterbox post if possible. For customers in the rest of Europe can expect an average delivery time of 2-3 working days.

It’s always possible to return within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided the product packaging still closed. The safety lock must of course be completely intact. The shipping costs for orders depends on the size of the parcel and on the destination. Free shipping with Track & Trace for orders over €45 in The Netherlands and €75 for the rest of Europe. . The exact shipping costs will be communicated during the ordering process.
